Yes i restored as a new device .but still it doesnt stop flickering . but after ios 7 update only it got flickering problem.other than that iphone was perfecly running smooth without any bugs or errors .cant i dowgrade for ios 6.1.3 ? i tried using tinyumbrella and redsnow .it wont allow me to downgrade .i want to downgrade and see whether its a hardware problem or software problem. 2ff7e9595c
